einv.mu’s monthly self-service plan costs MUR 850 per company, including 15% VAT. This is MUR 739.13 excluding VAT plus MUR 110.87 VAT. Review the selected billing interval and total inside the application before paying.

Yes. The offer includes einv.mu’s MRA invoice transmission workflow after your company completes registration, tests, portal activation and subscription activation. It also provides credit notes, debit notes and downloadable PDFs.

You complete MRA registration, OTP verification, EBS setup, credentials, testing and activation yourself. You also manage daily invoicing and tax choices. Email support at [email protected] covers einv.mu technical faults only.

Start from the Economic Operator section of the MRA Secure Hub. Use the company TAN and MRA e-Services password for operator registration, complete Test User setup and verification, then follow the EBS onboarding steps. Our illustrated registration guide explains the sequence.

Do not change the MRA-issued transmission password during einv.mu setup. Copy it exactly into the MRA access step. If MRA requires a reset or the credential is compromised, complete the official recovery and update einv.mu before transmitting again.

einv.mu shows whether each check is successful. Continue when all seven are successful. If a check is not successful, follow the message on screen, check your details and try again.

Check that einv.mu shows the invoice as successful, then download the PDF with its MRA QR code and send it to your customer.

MRA introduces requirements in phases and can notify individual taxpayers. Check your own MRA notification and current official guidance rather than relying on a turnover figure alone. einv.mu does not provide legal or tax advice.

Accounting/ERP connectors and managed onboarding are outside this self-service offer. einv.mu is a standalone browser-based invoicing platform. Assisted and integrated services are available separately through EBS Mauritius.

Card payments are planned through MCB’s hosted merchant gateway, subject to merchant activation and the methods available in the application. Check payment availability and the full amount in einv.mu before continuing.

Yes. Each company has its own subscription, MRA credentials and onboarding. An einv.mu user can access multiple companies, with permissions controlled per company.
